AT HOME INJECTIONS
FAQ
Why do you recommend injections over pills?
Injections bypass the digestive system, offering superior bioavailability compared to oral supplements. This ensures better absorption and more consistent results.
How do I determine my dosage?
Your Hone provider will prescribe a personalized titration and maintenance dose. You’ll start low and increase gradually, typically over the first two weeks.
How long will it take to feel benefits?
While long-term benefits take time, many people report a noticeable energy boost within 1–2 hours of injection.
I received my second shipment. Do I start at 0.1 mL again?
No. Unless your provider gives different instructions, begin at your full maintenance dose.
My vial says to follow the titration schedule again. Why?
This is standard pharmacy labeling. Titration is only for your first fill. Refills should be taken at the full dose you previously reached.
I missed a few doses. What should I do?
Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.
I feel tired or nauseous after injecting. Should I be worried?
Mild side effects like fatigue or nausea can occur early in treatment. If they persist or worsen, contact your provider.
Any tips for easier injections?
- Allow the vial to reach room temperature before use
- Inject slowly
- Rotate injection sites to avoid irritation
How long is an open vial good for?
Once opened, use within 28 days. Refrigerated, unopened vials are good for up to 90 days.
Do I need to refrigerate my vials?
Yes. Always store NAD+ between 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C).
